I have purchased 310 liters refrigerator from dealer situated in Lucknow, UP. Within 3 days there was complaint lodged with companies call center. Service person visited and attended the complaint. I purchased this TV 4 years back and it has been giving me problems ever since. Almost every 3-6 months, there is some problem. However, the signal is so poor in most parts of Gurgaon as well as in other cities, such as Bangalore. My self running a PCO in Sector-58 noida from 2005. In the month of March-April in the year 2007 all my lines closed without any reason. Sundry times I meet with Airtel staff who is sitting in noida sector-57. They assure me we check the line fault and rectify the error within four hrs. I have purchased a 1.5 T WAC model no EAW18CRP in July 2006. The second service or the unit was done in 16-02-07. When we used the AC in May, it started giving some noise. I am having a Consumer No. 2349with the Muthumani Indane Gas Agency, R-sector, BHEL Township, Trichy-620014. I booked for Gas cylinder on 27.09.2007 .They are demanding to book for gas only after 21 days from delivery date and they take another 10 to 15 days for delivery.Ultimately they take around 25 -30 days per delivery. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. I have recently purchased an onida microwave oven, power convection 21 litres. As told to me by the person in charge, in the egg plate given to us, i broke the egg, put masala, covered it and put on 100 degree temp for 1 minute to cook.
