The agency owners refused to book my gas so many times without "Ration Card" and the process of booking is very lengthy. Last December I have purchased Indigo LS from Kottayam Kerala. I got a complaint with the remote locking system and took the car to the dealer M/s. St. Antony's Motors India Ltd. Kottayam. The man in charge has issued a Job Card No. 9316 dated 19.9.2007. One hour later he told me that the Remote Lock System (MINDA) service person is not available now and will be sent next day to my premises to repair it. I am getting LPG cylinders from TUCS, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai who is the dealer for Indianoil Corporation Limited, Chennai. I do not get the cylinder unless other wise I remind the dealer atleast for 5 times. I get the cylinder only after 20 days that too only after reminding. I gone through the complaint written by one of them regarding Mahesh travels, belgaum. I agree with this person completely. I had a similar experience although i did not miss the bus, but the drivers and the authorities behave very rudely with the customers. They have a bad quality service. They dont know to gain customers. Such travels go bankrupt very soon. They should learn some tips from perfect service providers like VRL ot PAI. Those buses are absolutely class of service. My samsung tv which was attended to after several calls failed again with the same problem after a week. Repeated efforts to get the service technician to rectify the problem is not bearing fruit. I have recently bought a maruti wagon R LX model in july 2007, from COMPETENT MOTORS, Najafgarh Road, and found that rim's for the front tire are fully rusted and quite torn.
