Dass Electronics aundh has been the poorest in providing service to their customers. I purchased a laptop from them and they told me to hand it over to me in next one hour with everything configured, but it took 6-7 for them to deliver to and for more surprise the keyboard key was out of place. When i told them to fix it up they said it will take 2-3 days to get it fixed by service center and it has been a week and i am still without laptop. One of the poorest service by any dealer i have seen. I would recommend not to go for Dass Electronics specially Aundh. They have pathetic service! I am using BPL for the past 15 months. Recently i refilled for 399 rs and as per the scheme i am entitled to get BPL to BPL Free and 399 with sms free. Initially the service was real time and got activated immediately. But i refilled on the 13th of september with a balance of 45rs and when i check the balance on 14th it is 79 Paise. I have purchased the I-Nova water purifier from Eureka Forbes company. The concern persons was Rajan panda from Thane office. First, I had the installation problems with Eureka Forbes team. The machine was lying at my home in packed condition for almost more than a week's time and after lot of pursuation, they deputed and installed the machine. We have broad band connection on telephone no.25232460 used for official purpose of the company. It has gone out of order since 02 Sep 2007 and contacted your customer care for the support. My strong recommendation to all, don't buy anything from Dell India. They have the worst customer service. They are only good at irritating and frustrating the customer so that we forgets complaining. They shipped me a Damaged product and when i complaint to them, they argued with me that system is perfect without seeing it physically. I am placed in Mumbai and their customer service department is in Bangalore. I would say that they are simply idiots and don't know what they talk. Be careful while buying. I had raised a fault 2 weeks back about my frequent internet disconnection which was conveniently closed by the field engineers stating that they called up my phone number and got verification that the complaint no longer exits! The number they mentioned was bogus as I am not sure from where they have got that. I re-opened the complained and inspite of daily followup with their call center, things are as it is.
