I bought the DishTV set top box from Vevek Ltd in Chennai and one guy with a Vivek uniform landed up at my place to install. I am using the Payment Services for refiling my AIRTEL prepaid account since last 7 months. So, tried to refill my mobile account for last month as well.The transaction was a failure. My god, I wish I had checked out your website before I got mixed up in Pergo laminate flooring. I had it installed in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. It is impossible, absolutely impossible, to keep looking nice. Absolutely every time anyone (or my pets) walks on it, it must be wiped and buffed. I notice this complaint is common. I have one friend who was so aggravated by this that she had it removed and sent it on a one-way trip to the dump. My sister has the same complaint. I have taken a home Loan from IDBI Bank and have had a horrible customer experience right through my association since January 2006. In the last incident the Bank deposited two posted EMI cheques in the same month i.e. in the month of March 2007 instead of one and as a result the second cheque bounced due to insufficient amount due to no fault of mine. I as a result have incurred a penal charge and moreover my financial rating with my Savings Bank is marred. On complaints to the collection agencies I have not had any response nor any redressal. This is regarding the Hyderabad passport office Phones, While applying passport, they will give some land line numbers to know the status of your application the numbers are 040-27704646, 040-27704747, 040-27704689, 040-27708888, but if you are trying to call to know the status of your application, no body lift the phones, and only one number will ring (040-27708888), rest of the numbers are always in busy stage, i think all other phones are they kept in busy, I have tried 4 days for the status of the application, no body picking the phone. I have purchase one pair of shoes on 30.1.07 from a Bata Showroom in Hyderabad, India when there was a scheme going on. That is on purchase of Shoe worth Rs 2000/- , Rs 1000/- worth product can be purchased. Then i purchased another shoe worth Rs 1800/- but they did not have shoes for my size. They asked me to take another size and get it exchanged after 5 to 10 days after the new stocks arrive. But it is 2months till date nothing has happened. I had booked a Reliance Net connect connection as I got a free offer with my HCL laptop. The offer was for Rs.3750 for three months internet usage free with a download limit of 1 GB. The strange thing was the next month I got a bill for Rs. 382 which was followed by another bill of Rs. 2464. Apparently the FREE OFFER WITH HCL AND HP AND OTHER OFFERS IS NOT FREE. I have recharge my Reliance mobile from HDFC Net Banking, said amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received Top-up amount in my mobile. When I have inquired about the same with Reliance Customer Representative they had denied saying that there were no such transaction happened on that respective date. GE Cash Card, India, Pune. No proper service support. System has fault in monthly statement delivery system. Always send letters late without any marginal time to return the amount. Customer has to pay interest on those late days even though they have not received letter in time. This loop continues for forever since you never gets a letter in time. This is there usual practice to cheat the customer. Customer care line, seems to be restricted to be called from their offices only. Many numbers found wrong. Firstly the agent refused to take booking and told me that he will not take booking before 25 days of last delivery of refilled cylinder.
