A formal disconnection application dated 14th Oct'06 was given to the collection executive Mr.Ganga,along with which a cheque of 1600 INR attached to it.When tried confirming the same over the phone with the customer Service Executive he confirmed receiving the payment however they haven't received the disconnection request .So as per their say i have sent two mails to the respective dept however to my utter surprise no action has been taken neither did i receive any call regards to the same. Worst ever customer care at NOKIA India. I had given my headset for replacement on 02 Dec 2006 & Local care centre informed that it will be replaced within 7 days. After 2 weeks i contacted Noika CALL CENTRE & they toled me that Part will be delivered on/before delivery date (02 Jan 2007) as per Job sheet 085343506/061202/7 . but today ( 05th Jan 2007) when i contacted them they told it will take 20 more days. DishTV Network in India started with a lot of promise it was a undeniable success to a large extended for the following reasons: 1. Monopoly-No other Network was available other than the local cable network. 2. Lesser Investment Required- If you wanted to have a full fledged viewing, you needed at least a minimum of 4 dishes where investment cost was higher. 3. Presently I am using airtel prepaid scheme with one year validity on special students scheme. When recharge my card from the normal plan to one plan, I was not told about the STD tariffs. Now i feel the plan is totally ridiculous and doesn't worth to stay with it anymore. read full review »

Hi, I am subscriber of airtel services. i m using prepaid card for more than one year.My problem is that they are deducting my balance unnecessary. Daily it is 12 RS. I already contacted call center more than 4 times. They just say it will take 48 hrs every time, there is problem in system. I am facing this problem for last 30 days. But still the problem is not resolved. They always barred my call center services also even i could not attempt more than 3 times. I think this is very bad. I have given my mobile set for the repair (problem was with the software initialization). They (Bizi Communications, Gandhi bazaar, Bangalore) told that they can not repair that s/w problem and took the set to get it repaired by their head office (customer care) in Koramangala, B’lore. After one week I went to collect my hand set. I was really shocked to see the condition of the handset. Complete charging connector was broke and is missing. I have been using airtel service 4 quite some time by now. I received a call from airtel a few days back in which they offered me sms pack of 2000 @Rs 49/- only. I said no but the chapter was closed but the after a couple of days i received a msg from airtel stating that this service has been activated on my request and henceforth 49 rupees were deducted from my balance. I don't want this service i urge u to pull back the scheme n refund me my money. I m not even able to lodge my complaint becoz the customer care is not getting activated from my mobile. Tata Indicom - Postpaid Service

I have been using a tata indicom postpaid connection 9216470792 for the past three months. Outgoing calls have been barred scores of times in these three months. Totally unresponsive attitude. I have cleared bills on time. Even rs 1800+ in excess. Call rate applicable is re 1/min but unbilled amount is charged at 2.65 rs so the credit limit is reached in no time and outgoing barred. I submitted my handset nokia 3230 for repair on 29.12.2006 at HCL nokia care centre S-10 Green park ext New Delhi. I was given delivery date 01.01.2007. But my handset is still not repaired.there is very poor and slow customer care services from this care centre. When i inquired, I was told it will take another 3 days. I have applied for a home loan through ICICI Bank during Nov'06. I was contacted by one Mr.subramanian for processing my application (he's working for I power - one of ICICI's franchise). He took all the documents including a cheque for a sum of Rs.4590/- towards further processing. And he gave a sanction letter for Rs.8 Lac after 15 day's of receipt of the same. My complaint is against VSNL/Tata Indicom Broadband services, even though I am not there user. The Wiring or Installation department of the above company is a very poorly planned dept. Two guys come to my house, get into the house, go to the terrace and start pulling the broadband cables from one end to another. We just look on! I am totally dejected with HSBC Credit Card services . I had been complaining and pursuing the complaint for a long time but no one seems to care about it .I am listing down the complaints I had. 1) Was not in receipt of my phone banking pin and atm pin. 2) Till date have not received any statements for my credit card. 3) Internet security device got delivered after 20 days of applying and then magically got disabled. 4) Requested for closure of account and it was treated with utmost contempt.No response for months. read full review »

Hello all, I would like to express my concern over the very time consuming procedure I have gone through in applying for a Personal Loan from ICICI. I am using prepaid VAS /GPRS MO previously the charges for old user is Rs 5 per day. But in addition to this charges Value Added Services deducting Rs.5/10 many times in a day from my a/c. I had been charged for movie on demand charges for rs. 111/-. From the date of installation the dish tv was not aligned properly. I purchased a Nokia N73 Music Edition on 24th December from their dealer SIMTEL Mobile Planet at RT Nagar. It was supposed to be preloaded with 100 songs (Legends), but there were none. The package did not consist of a scratch code, nor is the 2Gb Mem is pre-loaded. I complained to the dealer, he asked me to contact Nokia Careline. When I contacted Nokia, they asked me to discuss with dealer. They did give me some code which didn't work. I am talking in regard of the airtel showroom that in Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore (its sme Skyline enterprises). The customer support there is pathetic. anybody visiting there will remember a visit to the jungle. the people there are sooo indecent & arrogant with no knowledge of what they are doing. the channel partner was using fowl language & screaming at the to of his voice causing inconvenience to everybody. Customers have to wait for the executives personal calls to be over, only then will they look at you. I have face really really very bad experience. when calling customer care at 121 or 1515, then customer is treated as Dog, no where what type of customer he is. I was not given waver for Rs. 300.
