Zicom is know for Electronic Survelliance Products. However, one of the Products I have been using i.e. the Video Door Phone is pathetic. The product's power unit smokes out and the product becomes completely defunct. I have replaced the unit earlier when (luckily) it was within warranty. And they mentioned that the unit is not robust and becomes defunct if their is power fluctuation. To inform with deep regrate that IRCTC Tatkal online (e-ticket) reservation process is of no use with session getting drop or unavailable during initial hours of it's opening period.
