We are owners of 2 timeshare weeks at Marriott's Cypress Harbor in Orlando. This is a big, 2 BR, 2Bath unit that sleeps 8. We have been trying since January to trade a week for a similar unit on the island of Oahu in July. In February, after calling Interval International every day, (the exchange company which is owned by Marriott), we were able to get an efficiency in Oahu for that week. I ordered a dress from this company! Paid for shipping which was over 40 bucks! And its going on over a month and still no dress!! Called the company they say they are in hong kong but the number is Tampa fl! No one answered so I left a message! The guy called me back at 2 am! Said he didn't know and will send me an email!! Umm who sends info about it in a email! Well a week later still no email! No dress either so I called back and no answer!! The customer service is well crappy!
