I Purchased seven sets of Playing cards from the new Tiffany shop in Kowloon.
On leaving the shop I pushed open the two enormous metal swing doors. This resulted in the doors catching my engagement ring. It knocked my ring severely and really hurt my ring finger. Initially I thought I had just hurt my finger.

To start, the whole set up of the website for international orders is horrific. They do not outline the shipping costs upfront but only add it on at the end when you submit the order. They insist on billing you in your own local currency. The shippng logistics is bad & shipping costs are horrifically high - highest from my experience for online shopping. The website is slow & when you add something to shopping cart, you have to go back to the general menu & not where you were browsing last.

Ordered a 50-500 lens from Sigma and agreed price for 6000 hong kong dollar. Suddenly it could not be delivered but I got aso called better alternative offered for 8000 Hong Kong dollar. Afterwards I checked internet and the value of these"better" lens wat not even half the value of the 50-500 sigma lens. We brought back the lenses but credit card payment was not cancelled. This is how they stole 800 Euro from us. The Police could not do anything and is protecting (probably bribed by the shopkeepers).

This is by far the most dodgy online company that is getting away with selling out of date products for years. They sell skincare and make up at a discounted price - claiming they are genuine. Yes i believe these products are genuine. But the products are OUT OF DATE.

despite the warnings from my friends and colleagues i signed up to Smartone-Vodafone, BIG MISTAKE!
They rushed me into signing contract for 18 monhts for a mobile plan, they were so insistant that i sign up that they didnt even ask me for my ID card and said i can simply fax it to them. usually port in number takes about 3 days to transfer and i had signed up on friday so i was told that my number will be ported from China Mobile to Smartone on monday, IT DIDNT!

Macdonald in Hong Kong promotes that how good their services and delivery are but when i tried to call them it took me 3 times to
reach a real live person and not to make it worst he gets all my information about my address which is my privacy then tells

My credit card has been charged $14.95 every month from Encore Marketing for almost 6 months now, a scam that I realized from browsing the message boards. I wrote to CS at Red Envelope and they claimed I used a $15 coupon which automatically elected their Rewards program. I checked the details of my order and I DID NOT enroll or use or even see a $15 coupon!!

I received a business proposal from Jerry Nitai, this is the 3rd email I've gotten-I don't
know anyone in Hong Kong-he said he picked my name from the Web.

I bought an Apokin laptop battery in Hong Kong for my Dell Vostro 1500 laptop last March 2009. When I went home to Manila, the battery was a tight fit into my laptop and refused to work. I emailed Apokin at Hong Kong and after several email exchanges, they asked me to mail the battery to them. I did just that and they acknowledged receipt and promised to replace the battery. After that, I never heard from them again. The battery cost me $HK680 (approx $USD80).

Same story here !! I am a victim of this unauthorized charges practices as well. I ordered flowers on March 09 at ProFlowers.com. I've just noticed that I was being charged $14.95 for 5 months by this Easy Saver thing since then.
I just contacted Easy Savers at 800-444-9491 and simply told them I never enrolled any membership from them and wanted all previous charges refunded to me.
