I purchased 10k gold for Wow from them It's been a MONTH, I've only gotten a partial delivery after probably 100 emails to them. Begin August, I have been contacted by Thomas Quinn from CES Futures. He told me that CES Futures had a good opportunity for investing in Futures on gazoline. I sent them money and after having closed the positions (with a small gain), begin september, I wanted the cash to be sent on my bank account. Then begun the problems. They didn't executed the refunding. Every day, I send mails and I call that company. Every time that I call, they tell me that they will call me back but, nothing happens. Basically it boils down like this. Because of the lack of, or rather non-existent communication of rules and regulation about flying into U.S airspace to customers, I had my 130.00USD Royal Salute Chivas Whiskey confiscated just as I was about to board the flight from HK to Toronto. He provides alot of contact info but there is no way to reach anyone personally. He has set up a very detailed website that seems legit but you will have no proof of delivery or order. I ordered the game Cars (Disney, Pixar) and one other game from Play-Asia for my son's XBox 360. They sent one game region free but they sent Cars for the East Asia region, even though I am in the middle east which uses the Europe region consoles. I complained to them and they said I would have to pay the postage costs plus a restocking fee plus they would cancel the coupon reduction used. We are owners of 2 timeshare weeks at Marriott's Cypress Harbor in Orlando. This is a big, 2 BR, 2Bath unit that sleeps 8. We have been trying since January to trade a week for a similar unit on the island of Oahu in July.
