The baggage department staff continually repeated to us that they were doing everything possible to retrieve our luggage. 2 and a half weeks later they still don't know where one of the bags is. In February, I had a Lamda/Oxygen sensor replaced by Casey Honda in Athlone to get rid of a "check engine" light in my Dashboard. This is on a 2000 Honda Accord. I took the car for NCT and it failed due to emissions in July. I took it back to Casey's and I got a call back from one of the staff who told me that the part that was replaced in February was replaced badly and had caused the problem. i made a booking for a hotel in galway last thursday through this site but never received a confirmation e-mail. I received an e-mail saying i am now a member of the cheap hotels resort and can access my booking through the resorvations@cheaphotelsresorts with a password and my e-mail address. This did not work when i tried to do this. I rang the hotel in galway and they have no such booking in my name. When i checked my credit card the money was taken from it. The catalytic converter has gone at 19000 km. I'm, told this should not be the case and that VWGI should replace it for me. Gentlemen: Prior to going to Shannon Airport in Ireland I bookred a car through Air Lingus. On arrival in Ireland, I rented a Hertz car at the airport. I rented from County Car Rental in August 2007. I returned the car to County, they inspected the car and said there was no damage. They inspected the Car so carefully, I got worried and asked them to put in writing there was not damage. They put it in writing.
