Enhanced Billing Services on behalf of Rocket Voice Mail
I was had charges on my phone bill which I did not authorize. These charges were collected by Enhanced Billing Services on behalf of Rocket Voicemail. I contacted Rocket Voicemail and was given a Ref # and was assured it would be credited to my phone account within 2 billing cycles. I have waited 4 months now and nothing has been done. I have contacted them and they are trying to say I have a block on my phone preventing the credit, I do not.
On my last contact with them, they now want me to wait 2 more months to see if I get the credit. They have even told me there are no supervisors there to discuss the issue with. read full review »

I ordered by telephone 1 hearing amplifier, which included an additional free one. When prompted by the voice, I chose the upgrade which added to the shipping and handling charge. i am tired of time warner ignoring my email requesting my internet
billing. i never can determined how much i am suppose to pay every
month. everytime i look at the bill its different amount, and thats within one week.
i called the automation at time warner, it said i had a 39.00 credit.
i look on the internet and it says i owed 73.00. i sent them 37..00
and after instead of deductind what i just paid they, they added it to the 73.00

I was promised a promotional price good for a two year period of time. At the end of one year my promo price disappeared and there was a substantial increase in my bill. When I called Mediacom they issued a ticket number and said they would listen to the original phone call, they record all calls. When they didn't get back to me, I called them again. When I went online, they offered a free sample of 30 pills of Acai-Berry. Try it and call to order more. When I received it, the paperwork said I had 15 days to try it, then I would be charged, said I was in some type of membership of which I did not request, plus some other membership I never heard of. I became a member in 2007 with my then wife. I work in NC. When I signed the contract, I was told I could put my membership on hold at any time. That worked perfectly because I travel a lot. When I came back to CA after 9 months, I went to the gym because I noticed they had been charging me the whole time when I was suppossed to be on hold. I was attracted to an advertisement for a Teeth Whitening product. A free trial was offered with payment of $4.95 for S&H on a credit card. The company used this information to charge $139.99 to the card for further two boxes which I promptly sent back by registered post. But I had great difficulty in contacting the company for crediting back the amount. This company is clearly fruadulant and I am worried about being further charges made to my card. I called the number to cancel, they gave me a cancellation number, then they continued to charge my card $67.00 a month, when I called to complain, they tell me that I never called to cancel, the cancellation number is invalid, and refuse to refund my money. I bought a Women's US10/Euro40 shoe, but it does not come close to fitting my foot. I then looked up Euro sizes online, and found that their Shoes are incorrectly sized. US10 = 42 Euro. When you try to return, they make you pay 10.00 more dollars, and you only get in store credit. I joined this "club" Memorial Day weekend of 2007. The cost was $149. I was told that I would have access to a plethera of materials on the club website that I could sell at my leisure. I was also told that, normally, a person would have to sign up an additional 3 people, but that I only had to sign one person. Yes, it's a pyramid. I wnet to Fairwinds Credit union on July 1, 2008 and treid to get 60.00 with my ATM card. The ATM dispensed a notice ---temporarily unable to process please try again later... I found out today that BB@T will only credit 100.00 of any check including BB @T checks for the fist business day. It takes two full days for the money to be in your account. My question is " how can they not credit the full amount of a check written on their bank. I can see them holding money from other banks, but not from [email protected] is their way of not putting the funds in your account so they can bring in overdraft fees. I noticed an extra charge on my ATT bill of about $15.00. I called them and received the number of a thried party billing service called 1 LD. They agreed to back out the last two months since I failed to notice the charges the first month. Always check your bill!
