We recently relocated from India to US in August 2008 and used the services of Skymail in Hyderabad, India to pack and ship our household goods. We shipped 34 boxes of which we received 30 boxes in November 2008. We were told that the remaining 4 boxes will be delivered in December 2008. I purchased a pair of boots from this web company. They did not fit properly and I followed the company directions on returning the boots. It took getting my credit card company involved to get my refund! I had to email the company on at least 5 different occasions and each time I was promised that I would get the refund. After receiving a supposed "trial" jar from an 800 telephone #, I expected a form to be filled out as to whether I liked the product, etc. Instead, the UPS packages of the jars kept arriving at my house, and I was automatically billed over $68 for these unopened (by me) unused jars of facecream. I made an order with them and received an order confirmation that told me i would not be charged until my order ships, and that i would received a second email when they do ship. My whole family went to Dayton Dental. We all needed fillings and I needed some extractions. I was told that my daughter and son needed root canals. It has been 1 year since the work has been done.
