Hello, I purchased an American Standard Champion Toilet about a year ago at Lowe's - Huntington Mall, Barboursville, WV. We noticed shortly after putting the toilet in, we would hear it filling up again. Several months passed & high water bills caused us to try a new Flush valve seal, which we saw that it was defected to start with. Within another month it did the same thing. The company charges you to view their apartment listings. The listings are not theirs rather copied from other sources. All of the listings I called were no longer available or could not be referenced due to the lack of an identification number. I contacted "Brenda" their supposed customer service agent and she told me to provide her with the number on the listing to get a refund. I would like to complaint about MFI family ancestry. (aka ancestry.com) Just today, I found out that my credit card account have a pending transaction (on 2/5/2008) which I never made from MFI family ancestry. I have no idea how can they even come up with my credit card number to make the transaction. The amount of $109.95 is pending on my account. My account's credit had be deducted for the amount even it's temporary. The bank cannot do anything unless they cancel the transaction I cannot believe that they can just run the credit card without the verification and ruin people's life. In our location we always face problem of delay in delivery of cylinders, not only me but all people staying here are fade up with delay in cylinder delivery.they are not lifting the telephone also, after reaching there for booking of a cylinder dealer doesn't take our bookings for next 10 days. After next 10 days when we book our gas it normally takes 15 days or more to receive a gas. I don't think in metropolitan city like Mumbai where there is very good infrastructure and transport facilities such problem should arise. On Nov. 24, 2006 a John Aucella phoned us about our timeshare. He asked if we were interested in selling. He sounded all uppity up and told us to go on their web sight and check them out. For over 1 year we have been dealing with Oreck trying to get a Rinse-A-Matic carpet cleaner that worked. We purchased a rebuilt unit directly from Oreck on line on Feb. 11, 2007.
