I have had many problems with Dish Network since signing up with them in January of 07. The Installation Tech had come out 3 times before the installation was complete (causing 3 missed days at work). I am 45 minutes away from this place and was "lucky" enough to have to deal with them only because Allstate Motor Club sent them to my home because my car would not start. I have a problem with Microsoft and their claim filing process. I recently filed a rebate and sent it through the mail. The claim process is not the same had I filed on line. When you submit a claim through the mail you are required to supply additional product information. When you file online all they want is the barcode and store info. The only reason that I purchased the microsoft product was because of the rebate. I went through the check out line with 4 gallons of BIN Primer. There was a $5 rebate for each gallon purchased, or so they adverted. The young clerk put red tape on four of the gallons but only rang up one. I didn't notice until he got done and gave me the total. A padillas enterprises truck was taken to this shop for an air condition problem. The problem was fixed and was paid for the reparation.
