I opened a business called WEED WEAR. I opened an account w/ godaddy.com, and paid 9.98 from my bank account. Certegy immediately said the check bounced, when in fact it was paid. My bank has sent proof in the form of cover letters, bank statements, and notarizing everything before faxing to Certegy Services, three times now. Certegy says its not enough. I never receieved it and instead was charged another $7.95. i called them again, got a confirmation # for a refund for each charge and have yet to see it credited to my account. In July 2007, I requested a free credit report. I was told to use a credit card but I would not be charged. I was charged for seven months on my checking account for a service I never received. On January 17, 2008 I received a notice of overdraft on my account. I called the bank to find out where the charge came from and I was told it was Triple Advantage Co. I just began receiving all kinds of magazines that I never requested. I tried calling America's Readers Choice and stated that I had ordered these and I would be charged 39.90/month for them. This is a credit card scam. they get you to try their product free for 7 days. I have sent back all the samples and they keep sending me a monthly shipment and won't take it off my credit card. I have had unauthorized charges to my checking account by both of the above listed company names which caused 3 NSF and/or overdraft fees to my account. Apparently this company got my information when I applied for a payday loan online. Even after I found their websites and canceled the "so called" service via online chat, they attempted to charge my account again. The money wasn't available, so fees were assessed. I bought the norton 360 protection, for my computer at home. When I installed it, my computer went off line and I could not, for the life of me, get my computer back on line. I was very upset! So I went down stairs, ate dinner, put the kids to bed, went to bed myself, and had sex with my wife. There was nothing else that I could do, until the next day. I took my computer to the shop and $150.00 later, my computer is up and running with no Norton 360 any ware on my computer. If they are using the phone for personal purpose or so, you may get the line. I bought a 2003 es 300 with 23000 miles from jm lexus in margate, fl. The first day I had the car, there was a loud knocking noise under the steering wheel. I called and told he sales rep, chris and michael about it. I suggested that we cancel the deal because of other issues. They took the car and fixed it but upon receiving the car, 2 days after, the noise came back. I took it again and one service writer said it was parked too long and another said there was a recall on the shaft system for the 2003 models. I rented a car in Costa Rica for 11 days from Dec 25, 2007 to Jan 05, 2008. When I returned the car to the San Jose airport location, the Dollar representative coerced me into paying $20 for cleaning of the car (which was only a little dusty), and tried to overcharge me by $200. His behavior was appalling. Since I was so angered by his attempts at cheating me, he ended up overcharging me by only $80, which I have submitted to Dollar for a refund. Unwilling to honor their contract of providing a 100% covered preventive procedure. I researched and successfully countered each of their varying reasons for denial. They were either unable or unwilling to give the real reason. A message left for a supervisor was never returned. After hours on the phone with multiple agents over 3 days,and my refusal to hang up, they finally let me talk to a supervisor who said it was a specific medical coding error by the doctor.
