I went to 2 Chrysler dealerships looking for a mini-van. I went to 2 dealerships in my area that are about 5 miles from each other. Both places treat customers like they don't matter. This company has taken 36.00 out of my bank account under a Joann Gallie on the check as the check holder. My Whirlpool refrigerator froze up so I have a service contract with GE and they referred me to A&E because my refrigerator is a Whirlpool and not a GE appliance. I purchased a new 2007 Softail Standard last year. Since than I have been using the motorcycle without major issues. The first warranty revision came up last month with 1.600 km and I took the motorcycle on Dec 15, 2007 to the dealer in Rio de Janeiro where was purchased. ASC can't seem to finish anything..I have been verbally approved for a modification to my loan and no one can finish this and you can't seem to escalate because they just pass you from department to department duplicating steps... they claim to have access to the same info, but it's clear they do not. Both my husband & I were struggling through serious health issues & surgeries when these charges hit the MasterCard. As soon as I noticed it, there were already 3 months of charges. I tried to trace it, then called Sears who had issued the card. They removed one month's charge and changed my credit account number. I noticed an unfamiliar (pending) charge of $28.89 on my bank account on 1/17/08 from this company 555 Diet Challenge. I could not find the number anywhere. After looking this company up on the internet I noticed that others had filed claims about the same false charges. After contacting my bank I was told to call back as soon as the charge was posted to my account. This is extremely upsetting and very inconvenient! This is the slowest internet isp service I have come across. I pay 9000 kshs (about USD $133 per month) to get a connection speed slower than a dial up seed. Every time anyone attempts to download, Africa online's servers black list your ip address to a slow speed. Apparently I'm paying USD $133 just to check my emails. Believe it or not, when the ip is blacklisted the download slows down between . 5kps to 1. 1 kps. I purchased a sub zero 601 stand alone freezer unit new in march 2002. The unit was delivered defective. Many different problems cropped up over the years. Confirmed that everything is ok, but a few days later got an email to call in and confirm the order.
