I purchased an Akai 42" LCD monitor in Dec 2006. The product showed lines across the screen starting in July 2007. I tried everthing thinking it was my satellite receiver. Went on vacation in August. Called in to Akai in September. TV was picked up in September kept for one month and retured with the same problem. I amd supposed to have it replaced and now it is Jan 2008 and still no replacement. These people are SCAMMERS!!! We caught this dishonest company and their technicians right in the act today. We called in for service and two A&E (Sears) Technicians were sent over to check out our KitchenAid Model #KUDI01FLWH dishwasher that wasn't heating up to dry the dishes. The two batteries that my wife put in our two year olds toy got so hot, that it was at the point of burning skin when I took them out of the toy. I booked gas refill for home delivery but have not received it even after one week. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he/she will say 'one week' and will cut the line. We just bought the new Gambler Cigarette Machine because we roll our own cigarettes, its cheaper, but this new machine is absolutely the worst ever. The main problem and it is a problem is that when you put the cigarette tube on the end of the machine, you have to take a toothpick and try to clean the other tobacco out from the previous cigarette that you just rolled. There was no address listed but there was a phone number. I have called that number at least 10 times. It seems to be an identity theft protection company. I never applied for this. When you call the phone number, youe get a recorded introduction and they transfer you but no one picks up the phone. How and what can I do to get my money back? All I'd authorized was the charge for the shipping and handling for the free trial bottle. A month later I recieved a second bottle and noticed on my checking account I'd been charged $69.95. We purchased about $3000.00 dollars worth of Levi's carpet. After living in our home for a year the carpet upstairs as well as the living room downstairs had a bump in it running along the mid section. We called Levi's and they said they could stretch the carpet, but it may cost us. This place was booked for a friends wedding and the service was not what they payed for. They lost money from a catering company they booked after SDE told the couple they can choose any caterers as long as they had a license. Three weeks before the wedding SDE told them they couldn't use the caterers they chose because they were not on the list of approved caterers. Nothing every arrived so I called the Canada Post who said it arrived in the destination Country and to contact the merchant. Just wanted to let everyone know....Forsaken Farmers got my account 3-day suspended today. They were doing a PL for me of my last 3 levels.... Blizzard's reason..."Access to this account has been temporarily disabled for exploitation of the World of Warcraft economy or for being associated to accounts which have been closed for intended exploitation."
