ICICI BANK has resorted to frauds I am a customer of ICICI Bank. I hold a Gold credit card with ICICI. Last month due to some unplanned travels I made purchases worth Rs. 65000/- on my card. I would have paid the bills before the due date. Atleast 10 days before the payment due date, I started receiving calls from ICICI Bank Call Center from Chennai, they told me that if I convert this amount into an EMI for 3 months, they will charge Rs. 4000/- extra as processing fees and taxes and they will not charge any interest other then that. I order internet and VOIP on the 20th of December for business internet and VOIP. A technician showed up on the 27th to install, however he said my service order address was incorrect. He stated he would return within 10 minutes. Never showed back up. I have called verizon repeated ever since and receive a different message every time. I called this guy for a locksmith service I had just bout a new home n Shelby and I waned him to drill 2 holes for a deadbolt lock one in the front door and another in the side door. So he told me he will charge me $55.00 trip fee and $45.00 for each door. He also tried to sell me 2 deadbolt locks for $35.00 each and charge me $30.00 to match the keys to the doorknobs on both doors.
