I have insight digital in one room with roadrunner and basic cable from insight in two bedrooms. My bill is about $80 a month. I decided that digital is pointless for me to have. The only good thing about digital is being able to hit info and seeing what you are watching and whats on other channels. I got it at first so my 2 year old could have her favorite channels we had before we moved her from direct tv (sprout and noggin). This is the company built by woman?? This company does not represent the best interest of anyone except the men who manage it. They care only about hiring the woman who will work hard to make the men in charge look like they know what they are doing. They can get away with anything . I hired this service and got a 'bonded' woman. I was there for the whole time, except for the last half hour. When I returned, the door's were locked. Early the next morning I went to turn on a CD/radio that I turned on every morning... it was gone. It was really expensive; but I have used it every morning, in the same place for two years. I was applying for a loan over the internet, when I checked my account a few days later found out my account had been debited twice for a prepaid card that I did not request. I contacted the company by phone, there was a recorded message, which directed me to their website. I was then directed to another website to request a refund, I received a response online stating my refund would be mailed and it would be anywhere from 10-15 days. We had a house fire and we contracted them to do the work. Our cupboards were hung crooked, baseboards were two different kinds in the same room. Carpet they laid was rotted and they had to replace it when after a month it was going bare, They painted walls wrong color... I could go on and on it was the worst experience we ever had. This complaint concerns the Conway Corparation, Conway, Arkansas This complaint concerns the low number of High Definition, HD, channels Provided by Conway Corp. Very few HD channels are provided at a very high cost. I currently pay over $70.00 a month for cable tv alone. All dish providers offer more HD channels at a cheaper price. I have invested a lot of money in HD tv's, and the picture is much better. I did have life-time 360 pro share installed. It was accidentally permanently deleted from my files. The problem is that I can not get it back on, even with the instructions they send from the Tech support. It's already payed for, but there isn't any way to get it back. What I am going to try is reorder it as if I were a new member and see if they charge me again for it. I had two checking accounts with Compass. I called the 800 number and asked them to link them together. The lady was new and ended up very to call me back and then saying them were linked together.
