Do not go by ISO certification. They do not even have a proper office in Gurgaon. I have given my goods & car shipment based on this certification & later realized this organization no where fits into that certification.
They do not have offices in any other city & reply on other vendors. No response for phone calls - they simply do not answer your calls. Expect severe delay in delivery of goods. i am waiting for 24 days & don't know how many more days it will take to get my goods from Delhi to Chennai.

Sify Broadband Services
I had registered a request with Sify Callcenter for a new Broadband connection at my residence in Navi Mumbai. I was promised that a service man shall visit/contact me in 24 hrs. As no one called or visited me, I called up again. I was told it shall be escalated further. After 10 days, no person contacted and I was calling them to get the status, as it was urgent for me. After some 5 years with this provider we began looking for another one because Intersabre had pretty slow cPanel access, Webmail access or sometimes even website access...
When we finally decided to change providers they sent us an e-mail asking us why we were moving and we politely stated the reasons given above.
We continued to ask them permission to access our area in order to backup and download our databases or for them to do it. We already had backed up our /public_html area.

I travel occasionally by KSRTC (Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation) and it was a welcome relief that they started offering online booking service (www.ksrtc.in). However its sad to see that they have absolutely no customer service contact (no telephone number and email id for refunds bounces back!). Recently while booking tickets due to some problems on their server my credit card was charged though the tickets were never booked.

My 70-year old husband has been hospitalized 3 times since November. I had ordered the E-Bay CD to learn how to utilize the website in October. I have been a tata broadband customer for over 5 months now, but the services they provide are really bad. I am not able to find a single Gas agency that will provide me with a new Gas connection without selling the Stove. They are charging Rs. 3600 for a new Gas connection with the stove. I already have the stove. why should I get another one? As per the Government website no one can force us to buy the stove. If one refuses to buy they say we won't give you the Gas connection. I purchased a electronic component from this company four months back and it failed the very next day of purchase. I had contacted the company over phone and through personal visits in vain.
At one point the sales executive and the owner simply asked not to come to their office any more as they can do nothing about this product.
Later I realized that they were selling sub-standard products that were not from reliable companies and hence they cannot provide for quality support.

Maytag Neptune Washing Machine
Great washing machine if you don't mind all of your clothes smelling like urine. The machine is faulty by design. All of our clothes smell of mildew regardless of the soap used, time left in drum, number of washes, repeated cleanings, repeated service calls, etc. Maytag has offered $200 off of a new Maytag washer. Just about a year ago my best friend and I stayed at the Flora Springs Hotel. We each had separate rooms, and the rooms really were beautiful, however it still became the absolute worst vacation of our lives. There were several minor problems like sporadic room service, and terrible odors in one of the rooms, but the other problems were criminal. Ive been charged wit an amount of Rs 249 every month inspite of not having GPRS activated on my cell. I had requested Airtel to deactivate my GPRS in Feb 07.Due to my complain to kolkata customer service I was refunded Rs 498. I do not have GPRS on my phone. We hired a Touch of Grace Wedding Planning services to help plan our wedding. The woman involved indicated that she would be very able to help us out. She was very nice in person and seems to be everything that we wanted to have when hiring a wedding planner.
About a month before the wedding we were notified that the wedding planner would be moving out of the area. The services that were planned already were going to be passed off to her "assistant" to whom we have never met before.

It was delivered with 2 big holes in the bottom sides of it, looked like they hit it with a forklift. Had to wait 2 weeks to get another one and not in the color I wanted.
