I visited the Bund Garden branch, of the ICICI Bank in Pune to open an account as an NRI needing a Credit Card. The information that is given is only half true and you only discover this after you have parted with your hard earned dollars. I bought a HP factory refurbished media centre PC from FutureShop ($1000). It had 3 months warranty. IT started giving "starting" problems. Shuts on/off several times by itself before it starts. I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Cincinnati Ohio. I was informed we were the second drivers of the car which was new. I purchased a can of Steak and Potato's Campbells Chunky Soup. When I heated this soup it had a odd smell that filled the whole room. I then preceded to take a small bite of the heated soup with my nose over the bowl it smelled like vomit and I had a vomit aftertaste from the little bit that I tasted. This store is bad news. my son ordered a jacket 12-28-06 and to this date 01-30-07 (30 days) still hasn't received his order. I finally assisted him in calling every half hour still getting and answering machine which couldn't understand the person's message. Finally after 4 hours of calling i was able to talk to someone. After fully stating the disappointment in the company i did get a tracking number. Will have to wait to when it comes. Hoping we don't have to deal with them to send anything back. I purchased the oven in Oct 2005, in October 2006 it caught fire. Maytag repaired and extended the warranty. In December the bottom oven stopped working. Comcast Telemarketer contacted me regarding using Comcast's Digital Voice System. Upon saying I was interested, but only if the following two features were available, he said he researched and found they were available. For a number of years, I have had an RBS CashBack Platinum Mastercard which I kept in good standing. In December, my statement did not arrive and I missed the payment. We have over 50 or 60 freightliner over the road tractors. They mainly have Mercedes power plants in them. We have had the worst possible experience with these trucks then any tractor that we have ever had in the 40 years that I have been in transportation. Many Arvin Meritor rear end failures, about 40. I am thoroughly disgusted as I just opened a brand new package of Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch cereal only to find there were live, little bugs not only in the box, but in the cereal bag as well.
