In October 2006 an employee at Roosevelt Square Apartment Homes gave out personal information regarding my lease terms to a non lease holder over the telephone. This information included the day my lease was signed at the exact day it expired. When I brought this complaint to the apartment manager she was inclined to believe the employee, who of course lied to keep her job, instead of a model tenant. We initially went with a sale on e-bay for a Prius 2001 with high mileage for a good price at Montrose Toyota in Akron, OH. We should have gone with our regular dealer Motorcars Toyota on the Heights because they are ethical whereas Montrose is not ethical and treats women like dirt! This company piled on bogus late fees to my credit card bill, I tried to work with them on this mistake, even agreeing to pay off the total bill, minus the disputed amount, but they refused. They continued adding the late fees to the tune of about 300.00. I have lifetime prepaid connection of airtel (Maharashtra & Goa). My prepaid credit is daily decremented by Rs.1.50 as airtel have activated daily decremental plan. I have made 8 requests to customer care executive to deactivate that decremental plan and activate my original lifetime plan. This complaint is on FerrellGas 1579, 350 Roger St., Princeton, WV. We paid over $3100 for 3/4 of our 2007 winter propane on 4/24/06 with an agreement to be automatically filled every 30 days. We have had to call for each fill up, then put in line for another 7 to 10 days before delivery. A 30 day fill up was due on 1/22/07. We called on 1/25/07 with 20% left, again on 1/29 and 1/30 because the forecast is for icy conditions on 2/1/07. I paid $35.00 for Home Depot to come out and measure my porch door to install a fiberglass door. After taking my money and measuring the opening I am told that they do not have a fiberglass door that fits but they can put up a $1700.00 wood door. I made a bank deposit through the tell on Saturday January 27,2007 knowing that my funds would not be available until Monday, January 29th. I had more than enough money in my account to cover my house payment and other expenses. The bank held 129.00 of the deposit. The Shoe Works or Run Soft of Vermont that supplies NEO'S overshoes failed to ever provide my product. They billed my credit card and supposedly shipped my product. Ironically Indane Gas has a toll free number, but their Udaipur distributor "Aravali Gas Service" has different opinion about phone service. During working hours you never reach them on phone. We purchased our 2000 Honda CRV from Port City Imports in Corpus Christi, TX in May 2000. During the drive home we noticed a problem with the handling at highway speeds. The ride was loose and jittery at highway speeds and there was excessive noise from the front end at any speed. Between 40 and 45 mph the front tires bounced uncontrollably. I had a life threatening experience in my Lexus on Thanksgiving Day 2006. I was driving with 3 other family members to Payson, Az from Fountain Hills, Az. We have had a home mortgage with Flagstar for about a year now and pay our monthly payment through on-line bill pay with another bank. I paid the February bill on 1/20 and then I paid the March bill on 2/16. On 2/20 Flagstar called and asked us if we were planning on paying our February bill since they did not receive it. Whenever I travel by Bus of KSRTC particularly in long distance routes to Chennai some lady conductors don't return the remainder of change when say Rs500 or Rs1000 are tendered for the purchase of ticket of values say Rs 300 etc. They scribble at the back of the ticket, but at the end of the journey they refuse the dues from the company. I purchased Tata Indicom India Calling card of Rs 200. I used it for 10 days. After that I am not able to use that card. For using this card one has to dial the access number of the state from where we have purchased the card. In my case it is Maharashtra. Within 6 months of Purchase the Nokia Cell Phone 2255 started malfunctioning. We took it to the Customer care and they repaired it ,but only after one month of repeated visits and phone calls.
