After multiple attempts to disconnect Bulseye claims that if they don't have a disconnect work order number they will not discontinue my service with them. Despite me being the customer and telling them to discontinue service they refuse. My new VOIP provider has called them and still they refuse. In June 2006, my Internet broadband service from Comcast in the Trenton, NJ, area was off and on for three weeks. We purchased a beautiful stainless steel, glass top, hidden element Maytag range in mid-2005. After we performed the self clean mode, the oven did not heat up any more. I have had this account since 1997. I have always paid my bill on time and in JUN/JUL paid in full a statement for $8,000.00. Prior to Chase taking over AOL/Visa there has never been a problem. I am so surprised with the cancellation of this order. I had spoken on Phone to the Outpost's rep on Sunday Oct 15, 2006 for refunding the shipping fees as the order was supposed to be shipped free. My wife recently purchased a used truck from the Muller Chevy Dealership that has made us very unhappy due to problems that we have encountered since we took the truck home. I bought 2 x160c color fishfinders for my local boat shop . I have used them 5 times and every time I use them the screen goes blank . You have to switch it off and on again than they work for 20min and same problem accours . I was supposed to have been connected on EarthLink's True Voice phone service on October 10. The equipment they sent did not work. They agreed to send me new equipment in 5 to 7 days. Keep in mind, EarthLink had already switched my phone service so that would have left me without service for the 5 to 7 days. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerator in April 2004. This weekend we were hearing loud thumping noises coming from the refrigerator and earlier that afternoon, the top refrigerator portion of the unit died. We use Adelphia for our web-hosting for our small business and it is a WEEKLY if not DAILY occurence to either not receive email or send out email. Our business operates 99% via email and this is becoming very damaging to our business. When calling for support, they always try to shift the blame elsewhere. My complaint regards a RV dealership in central Ohio. The company is RCD of Hebron Ohio. Just over a year ago we bought an RV which they represented profusely as a 2002 model. Throughout our negotiations on price for our trade-in they continued to lowball our trade and highball our new one. We did buy it and found to our dismay that the VIN # was a 2001. RCD made about $15000 on the deal. I tried to complain to Better Business Bureau and after lengthy back and forth found BBB was siding with RCD. Vehicle documentation shipped from Automobile Dealership in Huntsville, AL to Savannah, Tn on 06 October 2006 - never arrived at my home. Dealership checked with DHL and they say that they delivered the package on 09 October 2006. We were at home the entire day - the package was not delivered. I have been a Diamond member with Hilton Honors for numerous years. I do have one of the few remaining mutual funds accounts that enable myself and my domestic partner to both to be on the same account. The box claims you can install this unit into your electric socket either horizontally or vertically. You CANNOT install this horizontally. I have a severe ppd allergy, i emailed the company about its products as it says there are ppd free and use no chemicals, only natural plants and herbs in their hair colours.
