I shipped a Pioneer Receiver in May 2006 to London by DHL, it arrived damaged, DHL report states “Due to rough handling the equipment got crushed” Because the equipment was insured for transit I submitted a claim on the 12th May 2006. Despite supplying detail information about the equipment, (out of the box failure etc), six months later DHL have not acknowledged my claim, nor have they made any indication towards a settlement. This company advertises itself as an employment agency for the fishing industry. There are too many things that they are lying about to go in to detail. Suffice it to say in order to get individuals and groups to mail them a $39.00 fee ($35. for each individual in a group sent together) they return to you a 'job information packet' containing advice on how to put together a resume and a list of companies to mail the resumes to. I had a flight to CA state to buy a car from another nissan dealer. Resorts Internationl Marketing is a company that advertises timeshare properties for rent. When I purchased a timeshare the company referred me to Resorts International Marketing as a way to help defray the costs of my timeshare. On Saturday October 7, 2006 I purchased a 2002 Ford Ranger from this Dealership, which is about 50 miles from my home. This is the second DVD/VCR of same model within 1-1/2 months. The VCR keeps eating my tapes. It will eject the cartridge, but the tape is stuck inside the unit. It does not happen every time nor does it happen on the same tape. The lights on the track have ring that fits over the light. When the lights get hot the ring falls off. The "hot ring" falls off the light. These people outright lied telling us we would have health insurance for my father with a preexisting condition covered at 100% with no waiting period and $30 co-pays for Dr. visits. I booked a two (2) night stay at this hotel as a surprize for my husband who just returned from Malaysia. Upon check in I was charged twice for over $800.00 + $50.00 for a parking fee. I stayed at the Days Inn Sacramento on 10/28/06. The people in the room next to me were loud all night long. I called the front desk to complain at 12:30 am, 2 am, and 3:45 am. I was told secrity was sent over to talk to them but the partying did not stop until 4:30 am. Needless to say I did not get much sleep that night. I have used sony’s products all my life and I have only run into 2 that caused rather expensive issues. First was a MD walkman that after a few months stopped making disks, the support told me to reinstall the drivers and that still didn't work but they wouldn't exchange it under there warranty. I brought my Harley in for some additions, (chrome, etc) realizing they ordered some wrong parts I told them not to add them. not only did they charge me restocking fees for the wrong parts they ordered, but my bill was even more than the original estimate. then they installed the whole front end wrong. it vibrated badly, I brought it back and they said it was low tire pressure, when I had it checked somewhere else turns out, the bearings were locked solid and had major work done to remove them replace them and get it to not vibrate. read full review »
