They originally signed me up with the promise of getting a minimum of 3 foreclosures per week to do the property preservation on. These were to start a week after my background check was done, which cost me $99. It has been 4 months since I joined and they have not sent me any property preservation work and the leads that they send are bogus leads that are old and the people don't even want any work done. Just to let everyone know about Ralphs super service center 2805 n hwy 89, Chino Valley, Ariz. They are really a super rip off center!!! The quotes they give are much less than the bill will be! In January 2010 I applied with this company for a mortgage modification. I was promised that they would be able to accomplish this. I paid $1250 to them for this and was promised that if they were unable to perform the modification they would refund my money. Well altogether I have spent thousands of dollars at this furniture store. Everytime I have purchased furniture at this location I have been promised a certain delivery time and they can never meet it. I am not talking a reasonable delay I am talking, 5 weeks the first time, 2 1/2 weeks the second time, and of course the third time is not the charm it will be another 2 weeks past the delivery date promised. They are harrassing me, threatening me, asking for my supervisor and the H.R. department where I work. they threaten to sue me and garnish my wages before taxes.
