I ordered from Quality Health the Acai product the day I ordered it I decided I really wasn't interested. Sent the Customer support and e-mail and they responded stating I just needed to include my order number and they would resolve the issue. Lawcrossing.com received an F from the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent business practices. You are only capable of canceling via phone; however, even if you do cancel, they will continue to charge you, reportedly until you have the bank change your account information. They have blatantly continued to scam customers for years, and pay individuals to populate websites with bogus positive reviews in order to generate business. This company is terrible! They will charge you no matter what and keep charging you! I signed up for the free trail and it took five days to get to me. AT&T broadband connection has been very slow since the start of service. These bottles are horrible and useless!!! They were very expensive and leaked all over the place. Ruined clothes and blankets! I have switched to Dr. Browns bottles. Cheaper and 100% better. My son (now 6 years old) had colic very bad. I wish they had the Dr. Browns bottles back then. I use them with my 4 week old and there are no air bubbles and the gas problem is almost eliminated.
