My father and I attended a seminar where the CAL Group talked about investing in Go Zone properties. We gave them a $5, 000 deposit on December 2006 and an additional $18, 000 deposit on March 2007. We posted our vehicle on their website. We were told that we would get our money back ($299) if it did not sell it. At the end of the 90 day guarantee, we were told that we did not fill out all of the appropriate paperwork. I ordered trial supplements from them and they started charing my credit card for SEVERAL different items, totalling over $300.00. I ordered my dress from Francesca’s in June for my early January wedding in Colorado. Francesca wanted me to order a size up from my measurements but I insisted on buying the size the manufacturer’s chart said I should. Took 3 months and a BBB case top get the final piece of the order. Additionally, part of the shipment did not arrive which they blamed me for and the level of service was the bottom of the pile. If you have nothing better to do with your life, then go ahead and waste your time dealing with these guys. It is a great example of what NOT TO DO in customer service. The automated calls come in to our cell phones repeatedly, day after day. We've told the person that eventually comes on the line (when we push the # they say to talk to a representative) that we are not interested in the extended warranty and to take our numbers off of their list. This company will infect your computer with a virus and then send pop ups possing a well know virus protection suppliers like AVG and Norton. If you do manage to get onto a real web site for a virus protection supplier when you go to the check out MBcontacts jumps inbetween and your money goes to them. Gas redemtion certificate given by Napleton's Northlake chrysler, as part of Auto deal. It cost $5 to register. (this may be how they make their money). I have a 4 year old GE Monogram 42" built in side by side fridge. It has had numerous issues with maintaining cool temp in the fridge and freezer and the unit is serviced 2x a year for this issue (along w/ moisture problems, ice maker issues, etc.). I was not charged anything until the 'trial' was over and then was charged $149.83 $9.99 and $19.99 for fit factory. I explicitly asked Firestone to check the oil leakage from the engine. They gave me $21 written estimate for oil leakage check on Saturday and called later asking me to wait until Sunday. OK.
