Hello- I received a call from someone at Wyndam Professionals regarding my college loan in default. I was told I had a garnishment on her desk, etc. She would not let me speak- she kept telling me details, etc.etc. She also contacted my friend when she clearly had my phone number. please let me knw if this is a scam. I am not paying anyone I do not know or verify is a true company . My school Univ. of Florida never told me there would be an added 7, 000 added to my loan for interest. This company is big in making fake promises to employees and ripping them off. They are in business as a staffing agency but when I joined the company, I came to know that they make fake resumes of their employees to place them with clients. I was searching the internet about a week ago (Mar. 25, 2009) and on the google web page their was an add that stated for less than $2.00 they would send you all the info. you need to start a money making home internet company. I was interested so i payed them with my debit card (big mistake). Instead of receiving anything in the mail I get charged $47.00 to my bank account. And I don't their done yet. I was called by this company in July to rent my timeshare. They guaranteed that my timeshare was highly desired and should be no problem to rent before the end of the year. My credit card was charged immediately upon completion of the phone call. I have repeatedly called and asked for updates and each time was reassured that offers were forthcoming. In April, a charge was put on my credit card that was not mine I was told to "remove it" and pay only the balance since it would be "put in dispute" and removed before my next billing. Re: HSBC One of your bank agent called me over the phone sometime back regarding "CREDIT COVER" and I declined the offer. Despite that around Dhs.25/- was deducted from my credit card account 5409-0850-0019-7811. I recently authorized a charge on 2.01 for grant information, then found out 1week later that another 70.71 was taken from my account for something I never bought. I too, contacted the website and requested to cancel any membership that THE company signed me up for and proceeded to let them know that I did not authorize this and I wanted my money back immediatly. Watch out . This is a scam.This company's name is actually Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals. They also have an address in Torrence, Calif. Anyway, they have made an unauthotized charge on my credit card for $79.96. I dont want their product nor have I received what they are charging me for. I have been calling their "supposed" customer service line for hours. At one point, I got through to the automated voice and listened to strange music for 20 minutes and never once talked to a person. GoldenCasino.com has been scamming customers for a while now. They drag their feet when it comes to paying anyone the money owed to them and have a nerve to charge an extra 35$$ to expedite a withdrawal only to find myself 3 weeks later still waiting for payment. I've also experience a situation where i am not even getting credited to my account properly any wins that i occur. Their customer service dept is very inadequate and unresponsive in most issues I've had with them. After Grant Help.com did not send the 'free' cd regarding grants after debiting my account for $3.95, 10 days later, they helped themselves to $74.95 which I just found out about on 2/21/09. I called the 888-662-8762 number and got a recording. I left a rather forceful message. I tried many times to call and either got a recording or a busy signal. Right after I had filed a comment on this website, I actually got someone to answer named "Amilius". I initially recieved and e-mail about an opportunity to work from home from MakeGoogleCash.com. I thought it was a legit company considering I use the www.google.com all the time. They offer a free sample and all you have to do is pay for shipping. They turned around and charged a $88.97 charge to my credit card for a month supply. No where during the ordering process were you informed to read the Term and Conditions on their website. This is a total scam and misleading the public. Household Bank clearly needs to be hit with a class action lawsuit. It's practice at raising interest rates are bordering on illegal. I believe this practice is partly a result of the recent rash of home foreclosures where household bank has lost a considerable amount of money. On September 2, 2008 my daughter and I rented a Budget Rental Truck. We paid for two drivers, and a 'zero liability' insurance, should any damage occur to the truck. From the truck rental lot, my daughter, who was driving the truck followed me to the Nashville Airport to return a rental car that I was driving.
