I look at my bank account and they have taken £46.01 out of my bank account which was never authorised by me or was never stated in there terms and conditions and if it was i would of never of ordered it. I bought this mobile since sept. 2010 and one month later I passed the mobile to the local dealer because it was hanged; power cut off and no network reception. so; the dealer changed the mobile on Dec. 1st. 2010. at Jan 1st.
