I agree with everyone that this company is a scam and they suck. Thank you to the people who provided the phone number. I just called and was able to speak to a live person. She is sending me some kind of a "fix" over e-mail. I don't really trust them, but I'll give it a try. Will let you know what happens. Would rather get my money back and get "real" Lime Wire. Has anyone been successful getting a refund...

I have tried to double click the short cut on my desktop and... nothing. After seeing this complaint board I'm thinking I got ripped off... GEEZE.

I just wanted to share how I was able to get back online with 360 Share Pro tonight. I signed up for the lifetime membership and had been using the service for a quite while when, a couple of weeks ago I wasn't able to load the program in order to use it anymore.

I went to their site and selected "member login". I then selected the "forgotten password" option. They sent my password/username (never has to use it before now) to me. I used the sign-on and it worked!! I am now downloading again. Only one problem, all of my previous downloads are gone. Some of which I did not transfer to Windows Media Player. But at least it is working again. Try it!

I purchased this some time back & now after i had the crash it won't reload without asking for my account details. I've since found my account # so i expect it to be amended asap.

I too am having the same problem with 360 Share Pro. I paid for a lifetime subscription, and used the service for approx. 1 year. Now the icon on my desktop does nothing, and the program will not open. I suspect that I've been scammed, as it appears many others have been as well.
