Inspite of requesting many times not to subscribed Music connect on my mobile ...without my permission every month AIRCEL deduct 30Rs (30 Rs deducted on 18 dec 2010). I have complaint abt this earlier...still the same thing happening again. I just feel throwing AIRCEL SIM and switch to some other service provide. I am totally frustated with AIRCEL service.

Music connect was activated on my mobile without my permission and 15 Rs was deducted. I deactivated through my mobile and a message came showing it has been deactivated.
Then again 7 Rs was deducted with a message music connect activated on ur mobile. I requested for deactivation my no is 1-3034577931. In spite of this request again 30 Rs was deducted from my balance. We talk to customer cell for
refund of my money and they assured us that it will be returned ref no is 1-3072351693. The person from customer care told me it will be refunded on 19 november till 8:40 am .But now they are saying it can't be refund.
First of all without my permission RS 15, Rs 7 and then Rs30 was deducted from my balance and u people are not refunding it...Why????

my name is ajay singh my mobile number is 8802855031 . without any call or massege custmer care activate a survice on my phone[dated on 8 sep 2010] and they was dedect 20 rupees in my account balence i was talk with custmer care excutive he was said me he refund my balance within 72 hours but now is 13 september 2010 and today morning i was talk with custmercare excutive neme salman he said me he never refund my balace again i talk with senier excutive vijay he also told me he never refund my balance and i have proof i was never activate any survice on my cell can u tell me why u never refund my money without any activation is it my altranative mobile num 9278418894 i will never use aircel sim when u forever talk with me for this behaver

For the past few months i have been noticing AIRCEL has been involved in unnecessary deductions from Subscribers prepaid Account. First it was me who faced that with my no. then my circle of friends also experienced the same. When questioned on that AIRCEL gives false service activation like " Balaji Bhajan service, Voice chat service etc." those that would have never been activated by the subscriber. Then they admit that AIRCEL will re-imbursed the amount to the account. When i myself have experienced this issue in circle of friends, imagine there would be so many subscribers who would have never known that these issues have been happening with them too. This is how AIRCEL shows its profit. And pleases the customer by giving better offers in per-paid.
