deactivation of text base sevices from airtel wap
dear sir
a service of airtel wap "text base services" has been activated on my mobile number. because i get a sms from the no 64611010 was (thanks for subscription of text base services its a subscription of airtel wap now you have been charged 10 rs.after that when i have check my main balance so there is 10 rup deducted.so plz sir if any type of services like or text base services are activated i want deactivate the service imidiatly.because i have already activated the sevice of mobile office 450 pack . so there is no need to other services. plz deactivate the text base service of airtel wap.sir please i am loosing daily ten rupees, its my real lose pls unsubscribe the airtel wap text base service tonight plz plz plz sir.

poor signal and un-used service charge
hi, i am user and purchaser of airtel sim card my number is 9933138364. many times my account is credited without any use and when i call 121 customer care he don't return my balance in my account. after few days ago when i am using another sim in my handset and my number 9933138364 is call forward to that number(9679249030). when m forwarding call in which times my balance is something Rs:65.00 or more and after two days i see that my acconnt balance is cerdited something Rs:50.00.then i call 121 and say that my problem.then he send a sms and tell me ur using any gprs service.but when my mobile sim is switch off then how can i use that services.so i will request my account 9933138364 is full check from the date of purchase because this type of probleum is faced my me is many times.

wrong balance cutting by airtel live daily
I live in Kota, rajasthan. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Getting charged for services which I never opted for.I never subscribe and download anything bt daily my balance deducted with massages of using
different kind of services and downloading, got msgs from Airtel Live...i never get any content of downloading and never get back my balance..my mobile no. is 09799924380...kindly solve my problem.thanks

broadband conection related
i have chosen to take airtel connection at home but because of their poor cordination between the employyes named rinku and ruchika shrivastav in ambala cantt airtel office, they ar'nt providing us broadband connection.
even they are not ready to talk properly and due to that reason i stop payment of cheque
please take strict action so that other customers will not suffer frm same problem in future

On Sunday call from airtel office, you WAP text bases sevice already unsubscribes, but on manday 20/07/09, we have got again message. and now this time its take 20Rs.
