disconnet connection

One of airtel sim seller came to my home and given me information of postpai sim card.I agreed to buy two sim.i paid Rs700 for that.They told me that i will get sim very next day.But till now i didnt get the sim.he given me his cell no which is switched off from very next day when i tried to call him.The reciept he given me having number a120501 and a120502 this is the customer relationship form which is the reciept as well he said me.His name was Sagar Waidande.His cell no which he given to me was +918600010100.The plan of post paid card is Airtel apne.Please resolve my problem.The date was 26/4/2011 on which he came to my home.

deduction of money from prepaid mobile plan
My Airtel prepaid Mobile number is 9007926595. i have tried to call Airtel customer service to record the complain but 4 times their people just disconnect the phone. i would like Airtel to explain to me why they have deducted money from my prepaid balance almost everyday and would like them refund the money they have stolen from me and to keep their SIM card becase they are cheating the people. Airtel is a thief stealing peoples money. Stupid Airtel. They have stolen money from me more than 3 times

This the mail i sent to Airtel and they havent the decency to call back or register the complaint.
i had also found out yesterday that i had apparently activated the song download when i did not activate any of these services on my phone. I request Airtel to refund me my money they deducted and provide me the details of deduction i would like to disconnect my prepaid telephone service from airtel since this is the second time they have done this. This is outright cheating. Why are they deducting money without informing the customer- i think this is a cheat company
Dear sir,
I have just been deducted more than 150 rupees from my balance- please give me an explanation or a log file as to why this has been done.
I do not use internet on my iPhone- Please reply soon or I will complain in the consumer court as to why this has been done. Why are you deducting money from my account when I don’t use the internet.

Below is the response i get from Airtel- they provide me an email id to complain but they don't answer if you send an email to them.

Please forward all your queries or complaints on our new e-mail id

non prevention of confidentiality
Dear Sir

This is to bring to notice that a service provider company like airtel cannot prevent the confidentiality of their existing customers.They have sold my number details like my residential adress, my detailed bill, other details which has been provided to them for the sim card registration.as this is all done unoffcially and people in airtel has supported this cause, there should be a strict action against this.I have had a word with airtel as well but seems likes their least interested in taking up this issue, as there was no response from their end too.Hope this will help all the Airtel Customers .looking forward for good response

Number got disconnected
I'm a Airtel Prepaid user for past 4 years, last week when used it got disconnected.
I contacted Airtel office at Trivandrum, Kerala in order to rectify the problem but they are saying that number got temporarily disconnected because it was not in use for last two months. I already forwarded a compliant because of the Network connection problem in my area, a few months back.They didn't take any action and now they are saying that the number will be recycled very soon. And this is too much. My number is 9995551138. Kindly do me favor to get my number. It is much needed for my work, most of my clients and my friends are having this number only.

I WENT TO CUSTMER RELATION OFFICE OF AIRTEL AT LEELA BHAWAN PATIALA TO PAY BILL OF MY MOBILE NO.9779586731 FOR APRIL, 2011 AT ABOUT 6.00PM, BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE CASH AS THEY WERE SITTING IDLE AND ACCEPTED RS.2000/- FROM SOME CUSOMER BUT NOT FROM ME. AIRTEL SHOULD NOT APPOINT ANY SUCH AGENT WHO GIVE BAD NAME TO AIRTEL
