no response
sir/mam,
i missed my mobile at 28.3.2011 with airtel sim 9500397374
with a balance of rs.67 some anonymous person uses my mobile now current balance is rs.17 i had called that number several times but no response i contacted airtel customer care.they refuse to track that number even they are not ready to block that number instead they disabled my mode of contact to airtel in current sim.im very upset by this action, i had visited airtel madurai annanagar relationship center also but no use.kindly suggest me what to do. my email id: [email protected]

Sir I am Costumer of airtel my mobile no is +918400149776 . i recharge my mobile with 100 rupees on 02/04/2011
but 03/04/11 my balance is 00 when i ask costumer care he says that a javagame and another facalities are running in your mobile sir i am not 10 or 12 year child who play the game sir i remember that no one game and other facalities are downloaded by me sir please solve my problem it is very cheap method by mobile companies for earning.

Balance Deduction
Dear Sir/Madam, My mobile number is <9880072202>.
I am receiving message from airtel <AD 54321>
Message displayed that<"Thanks for using 1 Subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Re 1. ">
and I'm receiving this message since 18 March 2011 till 1 April.
I have already complaint on 198 but no response and they sent " Request Reference number" and they are not taking any action..
I've lost 7 to 10 rs between these days..
My Complaint number 198 is also blocked by customer care executive.
when I type < LAST> and send it to 121 then it also reply with last 5 Deduction but customer care executive says that no Balance deduction has made by us and I have already registered with DND(Do Not Disturb) but Airtel send me Promotional message frequently.
I've stored these messages which are sent by airtel as PROOF..
Please take action as early as possible.

local calling balance paid instead of main balance in roming
sir, my no. is 9987247377(mumbai). I'm in roming area in delhi. I had reacharged with rs. 50 on 18th march, but i got only 100 local minutes, till 1april, that's too not valid in roming. I hv't used any minute, so i request you to please provide me my balance instead of minutes. I will be thankful to u. Amit

daily taking two rupees and not attending customer care service
hi i am using airtel prepaid number iam from india, tamilnadu, chennai for last one week airtel network charging 2 rupees and i called to customer care from 198 and 121 and 984019401 numbers but i can reach still 9th option to speak to customer care operator but they disconnect my call but lastly they inform me that call to *121# number to start or stop a service and to know about my balance and validity. even i dail that but its not voice call its a text call it coming option to start and stop a service . so i select stop a service but it replying there is no service to stop in your number. then why they taking 2rs please help me i lost more that 10rs . and i tried to call from different mobile and my airtel landline but same reply for me . i want to valid reason otherwise i will take severe action on airtel network . thank you this is my mobile number 8870687568 my name vidya

balance deduction
Hi,
My name is Sulakshna. My mobile # 9704231503. I have multiple issues with Airtel. Effective March 2011 there was no airtel network in my area, CRPF, Hakim pet post. On 03/02/2011 I recharged my phone with Rs 80.00 full talk time card. As per the plan we receive Rs 70.00 at the time of recharge and Rs 10.00 after 2 days. I received $70.00 at the time of recharge and I have not received the other part of Rs10.00. I called many a times for the same issue. I called Airtel Customer care thousand times and reached the Rep only few times because of poor Airtel network, I did not get my money back, Mean while I lost another Rs 50.00 stating I have selected a ringtone, which is baseless. Its been 4 years with Airtel, I have never set any ring tone, I now have another reason added up for my dissatisfaction. Its not Rs 10.00 now. Its a matter of $60.00. I spoke to almost every body, the agents, Supervisor and also the Manager. On the top of it my calls are abandoned, My phone number is blocked, In the IVR there is no option to speak to the Rep. I tried calling with another Airtel No, even that is blocked now. Is this what you call customer service ? You not even attending customers... ignoring them...The sad part is the balance is still not credited though the Airtel network is back and working good now. Please credit my balance .

deduct money forcefully by activate wcvideopack
Airtel Customer Care Centre contact with me over phone on 28-3-11 at 3 P.M. that "Tashan" and "WCVideoPack" deactivated. But on 29-3-11 again activated forcefully and deduct Rs.3/= from my balance. Please deactivate the same and return me my old balance (Rs. 66.34) as on 28-3-11 because from 28-3-11 no cal has been made from my mobile.

I am using an airtel mobil connection with number 9995905775. Last week and 2day they deduct total Rs.27 from my main balance regarding for their unwanted plans. I am not use any of their plans that they mentioned.. This process is repeats several times. They also disable customer care option in my number for preventing complains from my side. I am out of control abt this matter..please make necessary action against airtel for this fraud..also make d arrangements for my refund..

Illigal charges on bill
M/s Airtel has charged Rs. 85/- + Rs 85/- on account of Airtel PC Secure call. As per details submitted by service providers on bill No. 534067130 ; A/c No. 13533622, these calls made by me on 01.03.2011 but time shown as 00.00.00 for both the calls. I have made a complaint to Airtel customer care where I have informed Mr. Sujeet about the discripancy, who accepted it and offer me to withdraw the charges of 85/- + 85/-, but I have requested for surrender of my connection No 0120 - 4207060. After 45 minutes discussion he alloted me request No. 192047650 dated 25.03.2011. But, till date my telephone connection not disconnected and regularly airtel personal contacted me to continue the connection. Sir, I am not interested in Airtel connection so suitable instruction may kindly be issued to service provider.
