I am using Airtel prepaid mobile connection from last 4-5 years. My Mob. No. is 9997132244. I am using internet facility at my mobile. Earlier I used to have some internet plans. But from some times I stopped using internet on my mobile. Today on 19 March 2011, I just tried internet on my mobile to see the cricket score. I just opened Yahoo home page. There was a deduction of Rs.12 to Rs.13 from my balance. After that I again tried to open Times of India site. This time deduction was of almost Rs.15 to Rs. 16. Even after disconnecting the site my balance was continuously reducing. I called at customer care but they said that due to server problem they are not able to reply me. After that also my balance was reducing I unstalled all the internet profiles from my mobile but reduction in balance could not stoped. Finally my balance got zero.
So I request you to help me in this regard and to get my mobile balance back.

I shifted from prepaid to postpaid in the month of Oct 10.I had taken the Rs 249 plan and Airtel had provided 200 free sms, 600mts free to local gsm and when my bill came I was charged even though I had not exceeded the limit.On communicating with them they came up with only cock and bull stories.Thank God number portability came and I finally ported out of the Airtel work on March 1st 2011 to BSNL.I have been using BSNL Prepaid and am really happy with their service and it has really led to savings in money by using their BSNL Mitra where 5 numbers to whom i register and call am being charged at a concessional rate.
One of my relatives who had Airtel prepaid got Rs 200/-knocked off in Feb 11 without any reason.A total of 6 connections of Airtel of my relatives have migrated to BSNL and have informed Airtel that I would never want to deal with any product of theirs in future.

My name is Neeraja & I had two numbers from Airtel (99720-87654 & 99723-87654). From the month of October 2010, both my Husband & I, do not have jobs. Hence, were not able to make the bill payment in time. The same was explained to the executives who had called for the payment too.

However, off-late my relatives & friends have been receiving threatening & abusive calls from a person who claims to be from the legal department of Airtel. He has been using words like - F****** & B****** (too dirty to be explicit) and more, on all people he is talking to irrespective of how they are related to me.

He had called me a prostitute to one of my relatives & told them too that he will come in person & slap them with his chappals since he has their address.

One of the last calls to one of my friends came from the number +919243430139 & the person claimed himself to be an advocate with Airtel & his name to be Ajay Kumar (hard to believe). The language he used was the same against my friend & when my friend had told him that he will file a case against Airtel for being explicitly abusive, his response to that was he doesn't care about any cases or complaints against him & that Airtel had authorized him to use such language to collect money.

Now this is how a customer, who had been loyal with Airtel for more than 6 long years (including mobile, broadband & DTH), gets treated in-spite of me informing them about my current situation.

Even if I had been a defaulter with out informing them, is this the language they use & is this how a customer & every one known to them gets treated ? Just because they have the list of calls made from those numbers.

Is there anyway that I can file a case against this abuse ?

Is any one from Airtel listening to this ?

I would never ever recommend Airtel to any one in my whole life any more.

Please be informed that I have 2 airtel no.s 9871152950 and 9910864360. there is balance deduction on both the number. so pls deactivate all vas services and reverse the same.

We took Airtel landline connection for our business office at Malad, We requested for full and final settlement as we do not want to continue the office and paid a cheque for the same in Aug. 2010. Despite they kept us calling and saying why you are leaving the connection and reason for leaving for several months. After that now they are saying we need to make a paymet of Rs 8000 for outstanding bill and for that they call us daily to harass.
