deactivation
in my airtel no a service called port folio manager and "did you know facts has been activated and they are getting renewed and its charging 25rs per week and ive lost more than 100 bucks...even after calling customer care and sending stop to 121 it didnt work and they say that there is no service that is activated...so pls reply to my msg and pls stop those services which are getting renewed in my no 9686215311.n i want my deducted money of 100 rs back...pls

deduction of money and fake in internet
I m using airtel internet, but this is the story of everytime that after 15 days of activation of package, airtel internet speed has been reduce n not even a person can do work google so what to say about social networking site. and another story of their faking is wen I sleep at night yestrday there is a balance of rs.31 in my a/c bt in morning it was just 3 rs. wen i asked to airtel costomer care, they said that you(I) have been download java cricket game. my question is that a person using net pack of 2GB, why he/she download a game using his/her money bcoz of presence of so many sites providing evrything free, second thing i didnt use any link of games download so how it could download, third thing wenever a person using net in mobile, at the time of downloading set has been gone to pause mode at which time a person cant do any thing on mobile but this is what which is not happen with me, fourthly i m using a mobile without java (micromax Q2 does not support java applications), so why i download a java game.
these r just escuses or we can say fake escuses made by the company but the fact is that we have to call to complaint about deduction of money twice of every month. n till this time i m crying in front of airtel to refund my money.

diducted chargis
i have charges 25 rs. by air tel. my mobile no is 9898021642. which i not use there service ( some sms send to my mobile from ad-54321, sms of '' thanks for downloding cademaniamainstreet from airtel. you have been charged rs25. get latest games at http::gclube.inea '' ) and then dedicated charges for use that services. i call customer care executive 3 times but not reply properly and not give any response by them for to solve my query.

New sim not working
I bought a new sim card and when i insert it in mobile, i cannot make calls and when i dial *121# it comes written 'try after sometime' .Incoming also is not there.Please help me.

theft money in mobile acount
i am using airtel no9910295120 for long time airtel is fraud me at so maney time today in morning my balance is RS.28 they theft my total money only left balance is .24paise only.icall cstumer care they cant help & cut the call tow time. date 21/02/2011at 6.45pm.

Non refund of cheque
I have opted for Airtel broad band but due to misbehaving of employee I have refused for it within a day.
Now I want my cheque of Rs 500 to be refunded but its not refunded till now.

ALL BALANCE NIL,WITHOUT CALLING.
my mobile number is 8826588320, and i recharge this numer on dated 19/02/2011, of amount Rs16.in which i got sum of Rs12.51 balance on same day, but next day i completely lost all my balance without doing any call of massage.Twice i registered my complaint on 198 but there is no responce in this matter .thererfore i requested to you please resolve this problem.

deactivation of connection with out proper reason
I am an airtel prepaid customer, Ther airtel mobile number 8105093775 was being used by my son and copy of his passport was given as address proof. Last week the services were disconnected
with out any notice and when I approached the customer service, they informed us that it was for security reasons and we need to resubmit new application and address proof. The application, copy of his passport and photograph was again submitted on 12th of this month. They did not provide any acknowledgment for the same. We were told that the services will be activated by 14th morning. However till today it was not activated and when we contacted the customer service centre, they informed that the connection is cancelled and cannot be activated as there was no response from
the phone when called for verification. We have not received any such calls and there was no missed calls recorded on the phone. We are put to lot of
inconvenience by this irresponsible act from airtel. Complaints to their nodel officer were of no use.

mobile office gprs pack
I have a prepaid connection and subscribed to airtel mobile office gprs pack by recharging for 98rs.. I got mobile office the settings from customer care 12118 three time by downloading as well as manually. I even got the settings done by customer care guys itself. But my balance is being deducted while browsing and the customer care is telling that my internet is going through airtellive even though im using mobileoffice settings.. I dont even have airtellive settings but even then its going through it.. I have registered a complaint regarding this but got no response.. I request the problem to be rectified or refund the 98rs... Or I will have to port out my number.. And register a complaint with consumer court... 09844429256
