AV GreenScape Designs is a family-owned, women-owned landscape design and hardscape contractor based in Shoreline, WA, serving Shoreline, North Seattle, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Bothell and surrounding areas. Founder Wilson spent 12 years working for construction companies before starting AV GreenScape in 2025, and Sara holds the company's Washington L&I contractor licence. Every project is designed in 3D before construction, then built by our own crew. Services include paver patios, walkways and driveways (including permeable pavers), block retaining walls and planters, concrete patios, driveways and pads, stamped and exposed aggregate concrete, grading, French drains and yard drainage, synthetic turf, outdoor steps, fire pits, fences, new lawns and sod, landscape lighting and sprinkler systems. We install Belgard pavers and wall block, and construction work such as patios, retaining walls and synthetic turf carries a 3-year warranty.
