I purchased a Barkoff (and got an additional one free) after seeing the commercial. They do not work. Luckily they are not expensive because it was a total waste of money.

The commercial says you can purchase more expensive devices. You can, I did and it works great.

You really do get what you pay for!

i ordered a barkoff on 6/19/10-online-the screen did not let me conferm my order before it sent. i was sent a order is complet e-mail stating my total is 88.82. i ordered one barkoff for 10.00 and 6.99 s&h plus additional 6.99 for the free second one total should have been 23.98. i sent an e-mail to cancel the order, but recieved no response. i called on 6/21 and was told i had to cancel the order the next day. i call on6/22 and talked to sara. she said that i could not cancel my order, it had already been processed. i asked to talk to her supervisor. jenell told me the same thing. l told her that i had called the day before and was told t0 call back. she had the same response-the order could not be cancelled-it had already been processed. i asked her why my bill was so high, it should have been 23.98, she said that she would take 15.00 off. i told her no i wanted the order cancelled, she then went back to her first stament(i could not cancell). but then asked me if i wanted to order the regular barkof
