i ordered a barkoff on 6/19/10-online-the screen did not let me conferm my order before it sent. i was sent a order is complet e-mail stating my total is 88.82. i ordered one barkoff for 10.00 and 6.99 s&h plus additional 6.99 for the free second one total should have been 23.98. i sent an e-mail to cancel the order, but recieved no response. i called on 6/21 and was told i had to cancel the order the next day. i call on6/22 and talked to sara. she said that i could not cancel my order, it had already been processed. i asked to talk to her... read full review »
