WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I called to cancel my order (the web site somehow caused me to order TWO sets, for a grand total of 43.84 -- WTF!) and they told me to call back once the order was processed. I called back, and they told me it was too late to cancel - since the order had already been processed!!! Most companies understand that the customer is the most valuable asset in any given sale, Telebrands seems to ignore this truism.
