I have been issued pre paid SIM card more than one month ago but same has not yet been activated despite of repeated requests telephonically with Teliamura as well as Agartala branch. They did not reponding any more. The details of SIM is as under:-

I have applied for broad band connection from BSNL on 14 JUl 09 at ARAkkonam VELLORE DIST TN .So far I have been given only telephone on 3 Aug . so far no broad band connection given . PLse look into it immedeatly

Sir,
Iam p. charan babu, being a nativ e of vizag and thier ar no other broadband service providers in our area and so i opted for BSNL which acts as the monopoly an our area.
I have used this service for 2 months for which i was billed Rs1500 in first month and Rs2500 in the second .So, i stopped using the service for the next month and even i got a bill for Rs3200 approx...
I went to my near by office and informed them but their is no proper responce and ignoreing me.
What should be my further actiopns.

i have a land line phone 01664 248105 & it was not in service from last one year. i have complained for several times but not fruitfull as all govt do they do.

but in last week they changed it with WLL havving no. 01664 210105.

how the department do work i do not know & are the engineers opf telecom sector is got their jobs by bribing iw ant to know that wt is the problem
