Order takers & cooks do not communicate. I asked for the new Jalepeno steakhouse sandwich, pickles & onion only. I had to wait 15 minutes while other people got their order. When I asked, a cook said it's still in the broiler. When I finally got it, it had dryed onions all over it & cheese. I said what's this, this is not what I ordered, even the ticket had the correct request on it, . well then it only took 2 minutes to give me the correct item, so why did it take so long & why did they screw up. Also, the sandwich was supposed to be 3.99 plus tax, they charged me 4.49 plus tax, & it did not taste like Jalepenos. This is not the first time Burger King fails to pay attention. The Leesburg FL burger king cooks their burgers so overdone. They should pay more attention to what people want. I have to check my meal every time & 9 times out of 10 it's wrong on account someone fails to listen.
