Order takers & cooks do not communicate. I asked for the new Jalepeno steakhouse sandwich, pickles & onion only. I had to wait 15 minutes while other people got their order. When I asked, a cook said it's still in the broiler. When I finally got it, it had dryed onions all over it & cheese. I said what's this, this is not what I ordered, even the ticket had the correct request on it, . well then it only took 2 minutes to give me the correct item, so why did it take so long & why did they screw up.
