I went on a trip across country this past holiday season; and didn't have my cellular service for 99% of the time. It didn't work at my location where I stayed about 6 to 8 weeks, and while enroute the service was extremely spotty. I complained to the FCC, and all they did was send me customary form letters - then when they received a form letter reply from my service provider, they closed the case. What a complete and utter waste of time. I guess they get paid for doing absolutely nothing, because that's all they did for me. So if you have a problem with your cell services, don't bother filing a complaint with this agency - they don't do shit for the consumer... And they're supposed to be there for us!!! What a crock. A typical government entity that's supposed to be there to help consumers and instead just not giving a damn about us... Shocking isn't it - not...
