Every month I have issues with over-billing by VERIZON wireless. It takes so much time and multiple calls to get these resolved. Issues are usually: equipment charges for returned phones; extraneous data charges; charges for fee services, when these have been explicitly turned off. Even after providing the tracking number and date delivered, it still takes them over 2 months to credit the returned equipment. read full review »
