I went on a trip across country this past holiday season; and didn't have my cellular service for 99% of the time. It didn't work at my location where I stayed about 6 to 8 weeks, and while enroute the service was extremely spotty. I complained to the FCC, and all they did was send me customary form letters - then when they received a form letter reply from my service provider, they closed the case. What a complete and utter waste of time. I guess they get paid for doing absolutely nothing, because that's all they did for me. So... read full review »
