	Joanne December 18, 2008 Credit card over charge Got more than I bargained for! I just wanted a trail offer and got more than I asked for and was charged for it too! I want my money back! And the free month trial didn't come only 5 days before the month was to be over! I better not get charged again and I don't want the stuff to begin with! I want my RMA number to return this and to get my credit card account debited back the $44.85! Joanne Lecuyer
	gmontgomery December 12, 2008 request to stop receiving product ignored, billed/ deduction from account for products not received I have called customer survice on numerous occasions to cancel this account beginning 9/18/08. Each time I called, the waiting time was between 1-1/2-2 hrs waiting time . You never get to speak to a person and a voice mail/recorder records your information informing you that the account will be canceled with-in 2 wks. This never happens. I have emailed customer service and the result is the same. Meanwhile, my account is still being debited. I have had payed for (5) shipments and received (3) none of which I requested after realizing that enough time was not allowed to try the product or return it before billing began.
