I have called customer survice on numerous occasions to cancel this account beginning 9/18/08. Each time I called, the waiting time was between 1-1/2-2 hrs waiting time . You never get to speak to a person and a voice mail/recorder records your information informing you that the account will be canceled with-in 2 wks. This never happens. I have emailed customer service and the result is the same. Meanwhile, my account is still being debited. I have had payed for (5) shipments and received (3) none of which I requested after realizing that enough time was not allowed to try the product or return it before billing began. read full review »
