A Solution for ERS!
I was going through a separation and our joint bank account suffered. But alas Washington mutual are sharks anyway so no big loss.
ERS solutions sent us a letter explaining the bill and at first they were nice… then very quickly as I was making arrangements and ready to make a payment plan the operator kashawn?? Became very rude and started to try and fight with me??? He had me ready to make payments and he just had to start a fight and abuse his distance from me. So I realized very quickly that these people will not give out there real names and more than likely enjoy messing with people who cannot return the favor.
How many people would be willing to pay the minor cost for a prepaid phone to give them (solutions) back a taste of there own??
I am willing to set up a site dedicated to providing up-to-date abuse with names and numbers and then anyone who feels the urge to abuse these people back can do so with the same unanimity… I wonder how fast the Solution would become a problem there PR people could not solve!
Remember the call would be local for the caller because they could call the location closest to them. Easy swift and potent.
I understand collecting a dept and yes be aggressive but I am sure if ERS had all its 1500 employees busy with return abuse I am sure they would need to rethink there current choices.
