Harassment / Excessive Calling
I was called by ER Solutions who left a very brief voicemail for me to return their call. When I returned their call, I was laughed at by the person handling the call and then told, "my system is down, I can't tell you what this call was in regards to" (lie). I asked what type of company they are, she replied with "ER Solutions." I asked what they did, and she told me she couldn't tell me because her computer was down. I thought that was fishy and rude. She told me to call back in a few minutes, and then said, "wait...hold on, " and then hung up on me.

I waited, and I called back five minutes later and reached a male representative. He said that the call was in regards to my cell phone bill totaling nearly $450! I found this "funny" as I was speaking to him FROM my cell phone (AT&T GoPhone) which, clearly, was not $450 behind! (AT&T GoPhone will not allow you to rack up charges without paying).

I told him that I only had the GoPhone. He asked me about another cell phone number to which I replied I had no idea what he was talking about. I explained to him...again...I only had the AT&T GoPhone. He said, "well you're tellin' me you don't owe this money, but I'm tellin' you...YOU DO." I told him, "and I'm telling you that the only cell phone I have is the GoPhone on which I am speaking and have been for the past two years!" He told me, "well then I guess you need to file a dispute, " and he hung up on me.

I contacted AT&T who told me that a regular cell phone service account had been opened in my name, a phone shipped to my address, but they didn't show the phone had ever been activated! I told them I didn't receive a phone at my address (which they read to me...and it was, indeed, my address). I told them that didn't they think it was kind of odd that I should have a cell phone, delivered to my address, but it had never been activated in the past three months that it racked up these charges??? They said they would investigate and contact ER Solutions.

Guess what...ER Solutions now calls my cell phone every 30 minutes...never leaves a voicemail...just calls. I answered it the first time they called, and they cut me off as I was explaining I had already spoken to AT&T with an investigation underway.

They will not stop calling me. I have called AT&T and told them to "handle it, " and they keep saying they have called ER Solutions already (obviously, they haven't).

I called and asked to speak to the person in charge of the Collection Calls, and I was put on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever answered (that's 20 minutes gone from my account!).

They really need to take a lesson in research and harassment.

false charges
i have been requesting for months to get a faxed print out of what i've paid and what i owe- this has never happened, which leads me to believe this is a false claim.

calling after receving write notice not to
Ms Tracy Russell keep calling me after written notice and being told over the phone. not to call on my per paid cell phone

Rude to Me
When they called my number the first time there wasn't anyone on the line. They called the second time and left a really rude message telling me that he didn't appreciate me hanging up the phone in his ear in a really rude tone.

call for wrong person
A very rude person from a company called ER solutions call my home asking for my daughter, i told them she did not live here, they would have to contact her at her phone number, they wanted that number, i explained to them since i did not know who they were or what the company was about i would not give them her number, now or ever, they called me a liar, and a theif stealing money, they were talking to the mother of the person they were looking for i have heart health issues and they were screaming at me, i asked to speak to a supervioser i talked to a richard garza i am not sure he knew what a person was because from the moment he got onto the phone he called my daughter everything he could think of both cuss words and telling me that she was complete deadbeat, any mother would not be happy, i asked them to explain to me what it was about he said since i was just the assh*** mother that i could know nothing expect my daugther was going to be murdered because of the bill she owes, i have send this information to the local police and will be filling a compailent with bbb what they are doing is illeal what if my child does get murdered does that mean that collections agencies are going to start killing people who owe them money how is that going to get them there money if the client is dead

Rude & Threatening
VERY rude to people even when YOU INITATE the call. I called to see who they were - but they insisted I verify my ssn first. I told them I would NOT until I had some idea of WHO I WAS CALLING!! They stated that they would route the call to whoever they had to to get to me - and hung up.

They also stated I had TWO options, bring my account current or pay it off. Making payments was NOT an option.

Then they stated "We WILL get our money"... I tried to call the credit card company directly but by automatic means was told that E&R Solutions was managing my account.

Well I will NOT DEAL with such rude and threatening people.

The internet is full of COMPLAINTS about this company - yes there are deadbeats out there - but I was willing to try and bring my account current inside of two months. But they refused.

Rude
I recently had a debt with ER Solutions. I recieved many calls a day sometimes 7-8 from their representetives. These people are very rude and unproffesional. I paid my debt with them and requested a reciept for payment. They told me that is against company policy. I talked with a supervisor. She said three days for the reciept. It has been two weeks and no reciept. This is the worst company for debt collection. I feel sorry for those that have to deal with the harrassment from ER Solutions. Maybe some day they will figure out how to be proffessional and not so rude.

Extremely rude and unlawful
I have a past due bill that was sent to ER Solutions collection agency to be settled. They have never contacted me about the debt, however, my Father's NEIGHBOR recently got a call from this company trying to get a hold of me. I live in a different state than my father and I have never even met any of his neighbors. the Representative was very rude and was apperently asking all kinds of personal questions about me (including if they knew my social security number!) and when the neighbor was unable to answer any of them, the representative hung up on them! They called back twice within the same day. First of all, this company has no right talking to anyone except for me when it comes to my financial situation. They were never given my father's phone number, let alone his neighbor's; so how they were able to contact them is beyond me. And second, assuming that I do owe this company money, perhaps they should try a bit harder to contact me directly. They also need to find friendlier representatives. This is the worst company that I have ever seen and what they did to me has to be against the law. I am seriously considering filling a lawsuit against them.

phone calls
i am a grown woman and live on my own and apparently i have a debt and they thought it was ok to call my parents home number and harass them. I dont know how they got the number but i think it should be against the law to call a number that wasnt given to them for my billing issues. i am very aggervated with them because i havent heard any phone calls on my number.

harassing rude calls
I was sent to collections for a verizon bill to a place called ER SOLUTIONS. Isnt this illegal? To call in a threatening manner. I had the WORST phone call from these people. Screaming at me, carrying on about all kinds of rediculous comments. I was UNBELIEVABLE! I called Verizon and told them all this stuff that had went on with their collections agency. She actually called them on a conference call with me and got me directly to the manager and the manager gave me the direct line to discuss my bill with him and he is personally taking over my account. He said immediately following our conversatiobn he was going to find out who made the call and get to the bottom of it. If he did or not I do not know. While I appreciate his help it does NOT excuse the way the employees are conducting themselves. We are all going through tough times these days & it is not pretty, I dont need that. I would recommend ANYONE dealing with this place and getting these terrible calls to contact the better business b. and follow that call up with a call to the original company you owe the money to, although they have written the account off to a collections agency I dont believe they would approve this behavior on their behalf. They can possibly direct you to a manager (if you just call and ask for a manager they hang up on you at ER). Good luck & God Bless!
